So we created TROT.

Tired of spending hours looking for a horse on Facebook groups.

Tired of ads with no information, private messages piling up, links disappearing.

Tired of not having a single, simple, clear tool for everything we need on a daily basis.

We are riders.

We know what it's like to juggle a thousand apps, take screenshots, try to follow a conversation and get more information.

So we created TROT.

Not another site.

Not a frozen platform.

A mobile tool, designed for today's uses.

A tool that really works.

Simple, fast, efficient.

Because posting an ad shouldn't take half an hour.

Because selling a horse or recruiting someone shouldn't depend on the right algorithm at the right time.

Because we don't always have time to do everything, but we need it to work.

What we were experiencing. What we wanted to change.

Looking for a horse meant searching dozens of Facebook groups, coming across incomplete ads, sending unanswered messages, and hoping for the right moment.

Today, with TROT, everything is in one place. Ads are up-to-date, comprehensive, filterable, and accessible in seconds.

Posting an ad meant starting all over again every time. One version for Facebook, another for Instagram, information lost in the comments.

On TROT, an ad takes less than a minute. It's clear, visible, and optimized. It stays online, without getting lost.

Finding an osteopath, a farrier, a boarding house was often a matter of word of mouth, or chance.

Now, everything is listed. Services, benefits, jobs, equipment, vehicles, real estate...

To sell equipment, we used general platforms like Vinted or LeBonCoin, which were therefore not designed for horse riding.

TROT integrates a real equestrian marketplace, designed for this.

And for everything else – ads, visibility, clarity, efficiency – we finally wanted a tool that lived up to what we experienced on the ground.

This is exactly what we are building with TROT.

Where we are

TROT has only been around for four months. And already, the foundations have been laid.

Over 12,000 users. Over 1,500 active listings. Two development runs completed.

The app is online in France, Belgium, Luxembourg and Switzerland.

For the first three months, TROT was in beta. We tested, observed, and refined.

Today, we know that the app is popular. That the need is real. That it works.

So now we're moving up a gear.

The third development run begins next Monday.

The goal is simple: refine what exists, go into detail, improve everything that can be improved.

To do everything better.

TROT already allows a lot of things.

But in the coming weeks, each feature will be strengthened, simplified, and optimized.

So that every use becomes a reflex. Clear, fast, fluid.
